If you open Nudgify in Shopify, you can manage your payment on your Billing page. You can choose your plan and use any of the payment types listed below.
All charges are billed in USD. Recurring charges, including monthly or usage-based charges, are billed every 30 days.
Renew A Plan
Whatever your plan type, it will be automatically renewed monthly until you give us notice that you want to cancel you plan.
Go to the Your current plan section on your Billing page to view when your plan will be renewed.
Cancel A Plan
To cancel your plan, go to the Your current plan section on your Billing page and click on “Cancel plan”. Cancelling your plan will take immediate effect.
Refund policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but given the nature of digital products, we cannot refund any amounts that you have already paid. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
