When we first launched the Google Reviews integration, only businesses with a physical address and a place ID could connect their Google account. Additionally, users could only show their five most relevant reviews in their Nudges. These previous limitations have now been resolved!
The new version of the Google My Business integration:

- works for businesses with and without a physical address
- only requires your Google My Business account information to set up the integration
